The Old Coach House is conveniently located between the market towns of Machynlleth and Dolgellau in the Dyfi Valley, close to the southern edge of Snowdonia National Park. Beautiful beaches at Aberdyfi and Barmouth are only 30 minutes drive away. The property is about 160yrs old and was originally the coaching quarters for Dolcorsllwyn Hall. Ideally located for families, walkers, cyclists and bird watchers. There are three good pubs with restaurants a few minutes drive away. We have been awarded the Gold Grading by Green Tourism Business Scheme (GTBS).

From Shrewsbury, take the A458 through Welshpool following signs for Dolgellau (and Machynlleth). Approx. 26 miles from Welshpool, there is a roundabout at Mallwyd where the A458 meets the A470. Turn left at the roundabout towards Machynlleth.
After three miles, just beyond the turning for Aberangell, turn right at The Old Coach House sign through a gate and down the farm track to arrive at The Old Coach House.
