• Fomerly part of the old Cow Byre, Rosebank has 2 double bedded bed rooms one of which is situated on the ground floor, 1 bedroom has twin singles or 1 super king double, all the bedrooms are ensuite with two having shower ensuites and one a bath ensuite. Fully fitted kitchen; deep freeze, fridge, dish washer, washing machine\ tumble dryer, full size oven and hob and microwave oven.
  
  The sitting room has soft sofa seating for six, the television has sky reception but you will need to bring your own card, the dining table comfortably seats six.
  
  Underfloor heating on both floors. Undercover car parking in the barn opposite the cottage, barbeque and picnic table. Cot, Highchair and Stairgate available.
