  First Floor: open plan lounge/kitchen/diner leading to twin bedroom and ensuite double bedroom with super kingsize bed.
  
  Garden with barbecue and picnic benches. Gamesroom with pool table. Woodland walk and ponds [course fishing] with abundant wildlife.

Spacious bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, whb and toilet. Large lawned garden with patio area. Oil-fired central heating. Arrival time 4.00pm. Departure time 10am. Mid/Weekend breaks available, dates/times flexible. Course fishing available on site £5 per day,
