Luxuriously-converted off grid barn, set in glorious isolation 600 feet above the stunning Dyfi valley, near Machylleth, Mid Wales.

"Eco-friendly" doesn't mean we've compromised on quality & comfort. The barn’s interior has been designed to effortlessly blend traditional and contemporary lines that result in a sumptuous and relaxing mood.

The barn can accommodate 8 persons in one King, one double, one single with pull out truckle and a gallery sleeping area with a double bed. A cot is available on request. The main living, dining & kitchen area has an airy open plan design leading out onto the balcony, ideal for a barbeque or peaceful chill-out.

Choose between a relaxing sunken bath in the main bathroom or the shower in the wet room - ideal after a muddy time outdoors.

The barn is off-grid, so no mains electricity means fewer distractions from the outside world, allowing you to fully wind down. We have provided numerous board games, books, a wind-up radio and spectacular scenery.

An honesty larder for your convenience is stored within our Welsh Deuddarn Cupboard - some essentials as well a selection of treats and good wine for those cosy nights in in front of the fire.

From the village of Glantwymyn take the A489 towards Machynlleth for 0.5 miles. After passing the Country Kitchen on the left take the first turning left up the track opposite the layby. Continue climbing the track, passing two gates, for exactly 1 mile to arrive at Beudy Banc high above the Dyfi valley. In snow or icy conditions contact the owner to arrange transport from the main road to the barn.
