• Kite Cottage adjoins Nuthatch cottage and is our smallest, it has two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath/shower and a cosy sitting and dining room with a small kitchen.
  
  South facing stone terrace with steps leading down to the formal gardens and a beautiful view of the ever changing face of the valley.
  There is oil fired central heating, bed linen and towels are provided.

Woodpecker Details

• Cottage sleeps up to 2+2
• Woodpecker Cottage adjoins Buzzard Cottage and has been designed to provide a modern and spacious bed / sitting room with a double bed at one end and a comfortable sitting area grouped around a cosy wood burning stove at the other.
  
  Rajasthani wall hangings and puppets provide an exotic foreground for the Irfon Valley stretching out below the south facing stone terrace. There is an additional alcove for eating and the kitchen area is also separate. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, hand basin and toilet.
  
  The sofa can be converted to a further single bed and the dining alcove can also be used to provide a curtained off space for a folding bed.
  
  There is oil fired central heating, bed linen and towels are provided.

Buzzard Cottage Details

• Cottage sleeps up to 3
• Buzzard Cottage adjoins Woodpecker and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with full size twin beds that can also be put together as bunk beds if preferred.
  
  The twin bedroom leads on to a large south facing terrace with beautiful views down the valley.
  
  There is a sitting/dining room with a sofa bed and kitchen and a bathroom and toilet with a bath with shower attachment.

NuthatchCottage Details

• Cottage sleeps up to 5
• Nuthatch Cottage adjoins Kite Cottage and has three bedrooms, one with a Kingsize bed and one with a single bedroom and a twin bedroom and adjoining bathroom upstairs in what used to be the butlers accommodation. The living and dining area form a large room with windows and a door leading on to the south facing terrace and beautiful views down the valley. There is a further shower room and toilet downstairs.
