• Bungalow sleeps up to 3+1
• This small bungalow [wheelchair access grade 2] comprises a lounge/dining room which has sofa, easy chair, table and chairs, gas fire, TV and radio, kitchenette with fridge, Calor gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, 2 bedrooms - one double, the other with a single bed - and a shower room with support rails.
  
  All our self catering units have ample cooking utensils, china, cutlery, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kits. All bedding, linen, some towels, tea towels and utilities are included in the prices. Ample parking and picnic tables are outside each unit. A rotary clothes line, pegs and a washing machine are available for guests' use. There is a payphone on site as this area is 'a mobile-free zone'

Blackbird Cotta Details

• Blackbird Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroomed bungalow, graded 4 star and wheelchair accessible, - grade 2 - throughout. Bungalow has oil-fired central heating. The well equipped kitchen/diner contains fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hobs and electric oven, toaster, kettle, table & chairs etc., fire extinguisher, fire blanket, heat & smoke detectors. The lounge has ample seating, including a "Queen Anne" style chair, TV. and DVD player, and hifi system. One double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. All beds are made up ready for arrival of guests. The shower room has toilet, wash hand basin and level shower with many strategically placed grab rails. There is also a separate toilet and wash hand basin.

• This spacious 3 bedroom 5 star graded bungalow has wheelchair accessibilty grade 2. It has a double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, a large kitchen/diner, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, 2 - 3 seater settees and an easy chair in the lounge and access to the balcony. The roll-in shower-room has several trategically placed grab rails, raised toilet and wash hand basin, also there is a bath.. All our self catering units have ample cooking utensils, china, cutlery, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Sky free-sat TV. All bedding, linen, some towels, tea towels and utilities are included in the prices. Ample parking and patio table and chairs are on the balcony. A rotary clothes line, pegs and a washing machine are available for guests' use. There is a payphone on site as this area is 'a mobile-free zone'. Limited wireless internet available.
