Dragon Trails offers fully catered guided walking holidyas on the West Wales coast and in the Brecon Beacons and Welsh Marches.

The West Wales holidays are based at a Georgian dower-house near Cardigan. They ofer a chance to explore the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire coasts, with their choughs, dolphins and spectacular spring flowers, the wild and ancient landscapes of the Preselis and the wooded valleys of the Teifi and Nevern rivers. Four whole days (5-6 hrs) and two half days (3-4hrs) of walking, guided by one of your hosts, are included in your holiday (but not compulsory!). Delicious home-cooked food (and wine!), log fires, croquet, coracling and more..
Your host and guide, Richard Mitchley, is a qualified Mountain Leader, a Welsh speaker and a life-long amateur naturalist and historian.
During the Spring and Autumn, holidays run weekly (6 or 7 nights from Saturday). For 2012 the Spring season runs from 21st April to 7thJuly; the Autumn season is 1st September to 27th October. Short breaks are available between November and March by arrangement.

We also run 4 night breaks from Ty Gwyn guest house in Crickhowell in the heart of the Brecon Beacons and from the Garway Moon Inn in the Welsh Marches north of Monmouth. Please feel free to contact us directly for dates and prices or visit www.dragontrails.com.

BOOKING: Provisional bookings can be made by phone (01600-750463), but we ask for a deposit of £50 per person within 7 days. We'll send you a receipt showing the deposit paid and the balance due. The balance is payable on arrival.

YOU WILL NEED: Walking boots, waterproofs, a small day-pack, water bottle, clothes to cover variable Welsh weather. Please phone us if you'd like to discuss clothing, etc in more detail.

INSURANCE: Guests are responsible for organizing their own insurance. Although every care will be taken and walks are not over particularly hazardous terrain, we cannot accept responsibility for accidents and recommend you take out insurance to cover personal
CANCELLATION: In the event of your cancelling your holiday we will retain your deposit.
In the event of less than 6 people booking for a given week, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and refund all monies paid, not less than four weeks before the start date.

Prices are per person, per holiday and include full board (with packed lunch), and daily guided walks. Part weeks may occasionally be available by arrangement.
10% discount for previous guests and parties of 4 or more.
In some circumstances a supplement of £35 may be payable for single occupancy of a twin or double room. We regret that we can't accommodate pets.
