At the Raven round about at Welshpool take A458 Dolgellau / Machynlleth road out of the town.

The Narrow Gauge Railway will be on your Left hand Side.

Carry on this road until you get to the Village of Llanfair Caereinion.

This will be about 8.5 Mile from Welshpool.

The Llanfair Station of the Narrow gauge Railway will again be on your left.

Just before the Texaco Petrol Station / Londis Shop turn Left up over the Bridge and into the Village of Llanfair Caereinion.

Up the Street and at the top you will see the H.S.B.C. Bank.

Turn Left by the Bank and drive out of the Village passing the Spar shop on your Right and the football pitch on your Left.

Go for approximately 1¼ Miles passing the electricity Sub station on you Right until you get to a Cross Roads.

At this Cross roads turn Right for Cefn Coch.

Go up this road for about ¼ of a Mile and Y Graig Farm will be on your Left.

Conference's and Team Building

Graig Farm lends itself very well for small informal conferences. Using the Lounge of the Farmhouse as a Base we can seat up to 20 people in the large sitting room, in an informal atmosphere. We have a Large 42" Flat Screen T.V. in the room, which can be coupled up with a Lap Top to give a Power-Point presentation. The Farmhouse can be let on a daily basis or using the other cottages staying for a few days. We can couple a stay here at Graig Farm with a number of activities, which can add to your companys experience here at Graig Farm. White Water Rafting, Shooting, and Quad Biking can make it a day for your employees and business colleagues to remember. We have had companies as diverse as the Prison Writers Assosiation and Sky here at Graig Farm and run a Jazz School here every year.

For something a bit different we can also enlist the help of a Personal Chef, or for something completly different, some alternative therapy's can also be organized.

Food can be served in the large Dinning Room, and we can cater for up to 20 people for either a Buffet Lunch or a full 4 course evening meal, The choice is yours. Flexibility and choice means we will work with you to make your conference as productive as possible.


Quad Biking

We can organise a trip to a Local Quad Biking Centre where you can have a great day out in the Hills of The Borders.

White Water Rafting

This is done on the spectacular River Dee at Llangollen. Sessions last for up to 2 hours, but the memories will last forever. This activity can also be coupled with Shooting or Go-karting at a nearby track.

Shooting

There are a number of choices in the area, either for the first time shooter or on a more professional basis.

Outdoor events are a fantastic way to unwind and get out of the office for a day or two. The key to the success of our events is positive shared experiences; this is true of all relationships, not just at work.
What better way to experience a memorable day than participating in a fun, action packed outdoor teambuilding activity? We have a Number of Partners who can organize such events and we can tailor them to meet your specific needs.
Hot Stone and Indian Head Massage

If you fancy something a bit different on your stay here at Graig Farm, then we can offer a bit of alternative therapy. Hopi Ear candling , Hot Stone massage, or Indian Head massage can be offered. Please contact Alison Allen who will come to your apartment and perform the said therapy’s.



Personal Chef

A new service we are offering at Graig Farm is the use of a Personal Chef. Our Personal Chef is a lady called Dawn, and she will come into your Cottage and prepare a meal for your group. This is great if there is a big group of you, or you have a special occasion. Cost depends on your Dining Taste’s, but £ 50.00 per person for 2 People and £ 25.00 per person for larger groups, would be a guide.
