A full day of family fun kicks off with a special train from Tywyn. Children's activities, competitions and story reading take place throughout the day at Abergynolwyn Station. Duncan will be at Abergynolwyn after his long time away-be the first to welcome him back! Children can have their photos taken with Duncan as well as ride on his free shuttle train. Our full Pink timetable will run with 7 return trains and the additional morning special.

Tywyn is on the A493 road from Machynlleth to Dolgellau. Approaching from Aberdyfi Wharf station is on the left. Coming from Dolgellau, go through the town centre past the National Rail station for 300yds and we are on the right. Large car park 100 yards away.

Parking is also available at Dolgoch and Abergynolwyn stations, located on the B4405 Bryncrug to Talyllyn road.

The Narrow Gauge Railway Museum - Free museum at Tywyn Wharf telling the story of the narrow gauge railways of Wales and beyond.
Quarryman's Caban - tea rooms at Abergynolwyn station, open when train are running. Most trains take a 20-30 minute break here.
Railway car parks at Tywyn Wharf (£1 )and Abergynolwyn (Free). There is a privately owned car park at Dolgoch Falls (charges).
