Aberaeron South Beach is located next to the harbour is the quaint beach of Aberaeron South with its impressive cliffs and fantastic views across the bay.

This mainly shingle beach is popular with those looking for gentle water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and canoeing.

The beach received the Green Coast Award in 2012 which gives recognition to beaches that have demonstrated the highest environmental standards, have top quality bathing water but do not have the built infrastructure necessary to meet land based criteria set for other national and international beach awards.
