Victorian Festival at Llandrindod Wells

About

The annual Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival is one of the biggest events in Llandrindod Wells' calendar. In 2023 the 41st Victorian Festival will take place from Monday 19th August to Sunday 25th August.

The  Victorian Festival is held over seven days, commencing with a getting to know you Soiree on the Monday night and climaxing with the torchlight procession and firework display on Sunday night.

The towns unspoilt architecture provides a perfect backdrop to the celebrations, with Temple Gardens being an ideal venue for the many different types of street entertainment provided free for the visitors and townsfolk throughout the day including daily bandstand concerts, costume parades, children's workshops and magic shows are frequent, and there are many talks and exhibitions for those wishing to learn as they are entertained, as well as numerous trips to places of interest in the beautiful countryside surrounding Llandrindod.
