The Cambrian Mountains include the Abergwesyn Pass from Tregaron to Llanwrtyd Wells - voted the most scenic road in Britain. The routes over Dylife, Bwlch y Groes and through the Brecon Beacons are a real tonic. A trip around The Elan Valley, Lake Vyrnwy and Bala Lake are also worth doing.
