We are 1.25 miles from Llanwrtyd Wells with its excellent chice of places to eat. Builth Wells, 14 miles away has shops, a swimmimg pool and a cinema. Brecon, 25 miles away has more shops, a leisure centre, theatre, cinema and the Natinal Park Centre. There are numerous castles, gardens and National Trust properties nearby. The beautiful west coast is less than an hour away. Children welcome from any age.

• Cottage sleeps up to 3+1
• The Cottage has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.
  
  Upstairs are two bedrooms - a twin and a double. An extra fold up bed and a travel cot are available if required.
  
  The downstairs accommodation consists of a large open plan living / dining room / kitchen plus bathroom with bath and shower, entrance hall and lobby for storage of cycles, fishing tackle and outdoor clothing.Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, and there is an automatic washing machine in the spacious bathroom. An iron and ironing board are also provided. TV/Video and DVD facilities are provided in the living room, along with a good quality CD/cassette player and radio. A wide selection of videos and dvds is available.
  
  The whole cottage is fully centrally heated. A high chair is available if required.
  
  Ample parking space, a private seating area and access to the gardens to the front and side of the main house with magnificent views of the upper Irfon Valley. A small portable barbecue is provided for your use, as is a full size badminton net with racquets. Numerous bird feeders are regularly replenished so that you can enjoy the huge variety of birds in the garden.

• Full cooked breakfast usually available for cottage guests on request at £10.00 per person. Please enquire when you book.
  
  Fly-fishing £5 per day & £20 per week for adults, juniors half-price.
  Dogs may be accommodated at £10 per dog per week or £5.00 per dog per short let (less than 5 nights) at our discretion - please enquire in advance. Payment is by cheque(payable to Sue Cooper) cash or debit/credit card.
