Great traditional farmhouse on a working farm situated in the lovely Dysynni area. Hills all around us, no passing traffic, children can safely play.

Four large bedrooms; 3 doubles and 1 single. plus cot. Upstairs bathroom with bath and shower also NEW FOR 2011, downstairs shower room with toilet and basin.. 2 sitting rooms - 1 with flat screen tv and Sky + hd with large inglenook fireplaces in both. Reading room. Fully equipped traditional farmhouse kitchen with own utility to include washing machine and dryer, and storage room.

Excellent walking area, with foot path to Cader Idris. Bird Rock where the comarants nest - the only location where they nest inland. Numerous historic places and attractions to visit. Take a ride on the Tal-y-Llyn Railway, visit King Arthur's Labyrinth or the Centre for Alternative Technology. The seaside towns of Tywyn and Aberdovey within easy reach. Post office, cafe and pub in the nearby village of Abergynolwyn. Bike hire available nearby and flasks and picnic hampers are available for your days' outing.

Short breaks also available by request. If you are in need of a break from your hectic city/town life then this is the perfect retreat. WI FI, payphone and ipod docking station available. A warm welcome awaits you.
