Railway Cottage has been beautifully converted from the ticket office on the old railway station at New Radnor into a stylish holiday cottage with many of the original features. Situated on the Welsh borders and surrounded by beautiful countryside, it is an ideal base for walking, biking or exploring Mid Wales. Open all year.
The cottage sleeps 4 people and has full gas central heating. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room. It has a shower room with toilet upstairs and a wet room with toilet downstairs. Also a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven with gas hob, microwave and toaster. Washing and drying facilities are also available on site. The dining room is spacious with original floorboards and the sitting room is cosy with TV/DVD and coal effect electric fire. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as complimentary beverages on arrival.
The village shop is within walking distance and there are may good eating houses close by.
