Cardigan Bay Watersports

SAILING - At Cardigan Bay Watersports you can learn the basics and/or develop your skills in wonderful surroundings under the guidance of our expert staff.

We have a range of activities and courses to suit a wide range of abilities as described below which allow you to complete modules of the RYA National Sailing Scheme.

POWERBOATING - Powerboating is an exhilarating, fun and often fast activity. In recent years the number of people involved in the sport has multiplied. Drivers of high-speed powerboats have a great responsibility towards other water users and it has never been more important to acquire the skills to make the sport safer and enjoyable for all.

The RYA Powerboat Scheme has been developed to advise you of that responsibility at the same time as training you to handle your boat in a seaman-like manner, so that you and your passengers can all enjoy being afloat. The scheme meets the needs of those who use small, open powerboats for a variety of sporting uses.

KAYAKING - Kayaking on the sea is great fun and gives a new perspective on the coastline. Using our open, buoyant, sea kayaks, it is very quick and easy to master the basics and within minutes you will be out on the sea.
