We have a drying room for anyone arriving (or aquiring) wet kit and washdown facilities for cyclists. Stabling and grazing for guests' own horses. Access onto 5000 acres of crown nature reserve, perfect for walking, cycling and riding. Children welcome from any age.

Tractor Shed Details

• Once the tractor shed, now a lovely cottage with 2 bedrooms, has its own large terraced garden and Patio complete with garden table. The interior is enriched with many exposed stone walls and traditionally made oak ledge and brace doors. It is self-contained and has oil-fired central heating and double glazing throughout.

  Fitted with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and Everhot traditional cooking range, which keeps the kitchen lovely and warm and cooks just like an aga

  Bedrooms
  Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with lovely views over the gardens and fields beyond, the double room has a has a lovely double brass bedstead a sofa which also doubles as a sofa bed should you wish to use this room as a twin room. The other slightly larger bedroom has zip n link beds so can be used as a twin or super king room
  
  Upstairs bathroom
  with shower and toilet.

• Barn End is graded for B&B but also available for self-catering. It has 3 bedrooms; 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. It has its own small secluded garden including patio with garden table and a charming terraced area. The interior is enriched with many exposed stone walls and traditionally made oak ledge and brace doors. It is self-contained and has oil-fired central heating and double glazing throughout.
  
  Entrance hall & Kitchen
  The entrance hall has a table and leads to the open plan fitted kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob & oven.
  
  Downstairs bedroom
  Teracotta room which can be used either as a twin or double room and has en-suite wet room and WC

  With dining table, cast iron electric stove and french windows to the patio and enclosed terraced garden. Tv

  Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a sofa bed (so could be used as a twin room) and also an en-suite bathroom with corner-bath and a single bedroom (which we have a z-bed for so can be used as a twin)
