  The three bedrooms include a kingsize double bed, a single room and a twin room making this ideal for larger families. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is also a separate shower room.
  
  Kitchen facilities include washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. A door leads from the kitchen to the private patio and garden.
  
  The living room has a dining table, log burner and large bay windows looking out over beautiful open countryside.

This very attractively furnished property has an open-plan sitting room/kitchen with high ceilings and beams. The carefully proportioned kitchen offers a dining area. With the rough plastered walls both inside and out, the quality suite, furnishings and hand made pine bedroom furniture, this cottage has lots of character and charm. Patio doors open onto a pretty private stone patio/garden with barbecue facilities. A corridor leads to both the double bedroom and the single bedroom. This property has a bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Dairy Details

• This is a grade 5 star cottage sleeping 2 adults +2 + cot. The Dairy was once the milking parlour for the dairy herd, as the name suggests. It makes a delightful holiday cottage for a family of 4. The cottage has a very homely atmosphere with original exposed beams, rough plastered walls and a log burner set on a Welsh slate hearth. The porch leads into the relaxing sitting room with open plan kitchen and dining area. The double bedroom and bathroom with bath and over bath power shower are both situated on the groundfloor. A pine staircase leads from the sitting room up to the twin bedroom in the loft with low ceilings, making it ideal for children who see it as a 'den'. A child safety gate is supplied. The Dairy has wi-fi intenet access and use of the ndoor leisure facilities. There is Freeview and a hi-fi system within the cottage.

• Talar Aur has been very attractively converted from the winter home of the growing steers, to make an ideal home. Unusually designed and laid out, the entrance porch leads into the hallway off which are all the bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom is spacious with separate large power shower, bath as well as toilet and wash basin. There is a double bedroom; a large second bedroom with 3 single beds and patio doors to the private garden and a single bedroom. The living areas are on the first floor and are very light and comfortable. From the sitting room is a view towards the Preseli Hills and patio doors that lead onto a balcony overlooking the farmland. Between the sitting room and the superb kitchen / dining room are glass panelled partitions enhancing the light atmosphere of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. This property benefits from a second toilet upstairs. Stairgates are provided. Free wi-fi internet access.

• Sleeps 4+cot.The Cartwheel is the perfect, cosy family cottage. This is a fully ground floor cottage with ceiling beams throughout. The front door leads from the garden to the country cottage style kitchen with old pine dining table. The large window in the kitchen marks the site of the original doorway for the horsedrawn carts. From both the kitchen and the sitting room windows the children may be watched playing on the lawn directly outside. The two bedrooms lead off the attractively furnished sitting room. There is a double bedroom and a room with 3' wide bunk beds. The modern bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. This property is furnished in pine. Free wi-fi internet access.

Croft House Details

• Croft House forms a substantial part of the original farm house, ideal for larger group accommodation. it is on two floors.
  
  A large dining room with long dining table. Upstairs is a roomy lounge with a wood burning stove set in an inglenook.
  
  The kitchen has a much loved oil fired range, as well as a modern range.
  
  The bedrooms are arranged particularly well if two or more families are staying with young children. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with ensuites, that have adjoining twin bedrooms. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. Downstairs there is a further double bedroom with ensuite shower room. There is also a private twin room with adjoining conservatory and private compact bathroom.
  
  In all there are 3 double rooms, all ensuite and 3 twin rooms, two of which can be adapted providing super king size double beds.
