Access to Cysgod Bach is all on level ground with one step up into the property. The floors are solid oak and all on one level. Shower En-suite. The property is suitable for people with limited mobility but please feel free to phone for a more in depth description.

Assisted wheelchair users may be able to manage once in the property if they have some mobility. The bedroom is not quite big enough to use a wheelchair. The lounge dining area is fine for wheelchair use. Please contact me for further information.

Travel along the A494 from the direction of Corwen. Llanfor is situated just one mile out of the town of Bala. Turn right into the Village of Llanfor. Follow the road for 100 yards around past the Church on your right. Cysgod y Coed is the stone-built house on your left hand side.
