Tynrhyd Retreat is the perfect location for family holidays, reunions, special occasions and residential courses.
Formally a working farm which originally belonged to the historic Hafod Estate, Tynrhyd Retreat is a brand new venture, oozing with style and comfort. It's a 5* luxury complex set in Devil's Bridge near the seaside town of Aberystwyth.
Tynrhyd Retreat sleeps up to 38 persons and is divided into the three wings: Cambrian, Pumlumon and Barcud. However, each section is all within the same property allowing you to be together throughout your time away. It offers all the benefits of modern luxury country living, including a swim spa hot tub and games room, surrounded by glorious Welsh landscape.
There are 10 spacious bedrooms with very flexible bed layouts and 10 bathrooms. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs and beautiful furnishings. For the romantics there is a large bedroom suite with a dressing area, bathroom and a lovely Juliette balcony.
In addition, Tynrhyd Retreat offers three large kitchens, three spacious dining areas, three cosy living rooms, a games room, a communal room which can be used for a range of purposes, a full-sized football pitch and 13 acres of private grounds to explore.
This beautiful structure has been sympathetically converted to a very high standard using quality materials. It has been awarded a Building Excellence Award and also a Green Tourism Business Award for its eco-friendly approach.
If you are looking for a holiday destination which provides space to unwind as well as a fantastic adventure for everyone in an idyllic location, then Tynrhyd Retreat ticks all the boxes. We are surrounded with a wealth of outdoor activities to create ideal holidays in Wales for families.
