Just 3 miles from the village of Aberdovey, Nyth Robin is a quiet secluded site set in 7 ½ acres of private woodland with short walks within the Snowdonia National Park.
There are 10 pitches on hard standing with electric hook upon the site, each with a power connection. Along with this is the shower unit, which is situated in the site building at the entrance to the site.
Nyth Robin camp site has a stocked fishing lake with estuary fishing adjacent to the site and our lake is a picturesque and tranquil place to unwind particularly early morning and evenings. You can watch the wildlife or try your hand at a bit of fishing. Customers have free use of the fishing pegs on a ‘No Barbs’ and ‘Return your Catch’ basis.
Float and fly fishing are both popular pastimes and the lake is stocked with Brown Trout and Course fish including Carp, Tench, Perch, Rudd, Roach and Chub.
If you are coming to relax then there are plenty of short walks round the site through the trees. Aberdovey has plenty of activities for all of the family, with sailing, windsurfing, walking, and even just sun bathing on the 4 miles of beach.
Aberdovey is a special place and those of us lucky enough to live here know it. But it is not a secret and we invite you to come and experience the charm and tranquillity of this ancient little sea port.
