Details

This very popular first floor apartment is directly opposite the main sandy beach of Aberdyfi, ideal for guests of all ages due to its central and scenic location. The large bay window in the lounge is the perfect place to see the sun go down, admire the stunning views, enjoy the sailing activities, or simply watch the world go by.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa, two easy chairs, chest of drawers, dining table and 4 chairs, TV and DVD player. The large bay window is loved by all of our guests, it’s such a great place to sit and watch all activities from launch of the lifeboat to our village firework displays, which usually take place on Bonfire Night, New Years Eve and August Bank Holiday Monday.

The bedroom is accessed directly from the lounge. It has two comfortable wooden framed single beds a large wardrobe with hanging and storage space. Extra guests (maximum of 2) may use the sofa bed in the lounge by prior arrangement only. An additional charge of £30 per additional guest per week/short break will apply if this option is selected. The area at the end of the twin beds may also allow a travel cot; however the available space in this room will then become very restricted.

The bathroom is also accessed directly from the lounge and has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and W.C mirror and shaver socket.

The fitted kitchen leads directly from lounge and has an electric built in oven and hob, overhead extraction and lighting, a fridge with ice box, toaster, microwave, utensils, crockery, glassware and cookware.

Heating throughout is included in the rental by way of electric storage heaters or electric panel heaters. Bed linen is included along with tea towels, oven glove and a bath mat. One car parking permit is provided for use on either of the Gwynedd Pay & Display car parks in the village, one is on the main sea front and the other is located at Penhelig - approx 5 minutes on foot.

Towels, cots and high chairs can all be provided at an additional cost – so please enquire.

One pet is permitted by prior arrangement only, at additional cost at £21 each per week/short break. Please contact the agent to book pets in this property.

  • A Pay and Display Car Park. is opposite across the road with free disabled spaces for Blue Badge Holders which are very close to the entrance of the Sea View Apartments. We provide a car parking permit for one vehicle to enable parking free of charge on this car park. Parking is also available on the roadside opposite, restrictions apply here from April to end of September. Guests may also unload outside the property entirely at their own risk, as parking restrictions are in place.
