Just a short distance away from the small Georgian town of Aberaeron with its stone-walled harbour and colourful houses.
The award winning restaurant of Aberaeron is situated on the harbour-side with wonderfull calming views of the sea and harbour. Newquay with its popular sandy beach and watersports centre is only 4 miles away. New Quay was the location for shooting the film 'Edge of Love' filmed here during June 2007.
The film starring Kiera Knightly, Sienna Miller, Mathew Rees and Sillian Murphey premiered at the Edinburgh festival. Just 12 miles inland is the University town of Lampeter.
There are plenty of country and cliff top walks that really do show off the wonderfull assests of cardigan bay fom its wildlife to superb views.
